This is a special one for me. In my family apple picking is celebrated like a holiday. Right up there with Christmas and Thanksgiving. We really just set up a picnic right in the middle of the orchard like it's nobody's business.
For this graphic Matt Falconer put in work with his watercolors to make the perfect branch that doesn'y exist. From there I started pestering my brother, Doug, to hand write the phrase. After naggin him for a few weeks I had nothing to show for it. Finally when I saw Doug in person I was ready with a pen and paper. He explained that he tried over and over but hated how it looked. With me there he wrote it twice and the first attempt is the one that made it into the final design.
