ALL BIG STRIDES SNOWPANTS and PREORDER SALES ARE FINAL. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE ALSO FINAL.

Shipping Times:  Orders are typically sent within 5 business days. Please allow some additional time during holiday releases. Once your order is packed you'll receive tracking information for your package. Orders are shipped from Vermont USA. Your delivery time will depend on how far from my house you live. ( For example, after packing- New York is usually 2-3days, California might be 7-10days)

Returns: Arsenic can accept returns for store credit/refund up to 14 days from delivery. After 14 days will not accept returns. Email me dan@arsenicanywhere.com to begin this process. Please fold and pack item nicely into the bag it came in to return it. Thank you.

Please don't order two sizes of the same item just to try them on. If you are unsure- please take your time to review our sizing charts and email dan@arsenicanywhere.com with any size suggestion requests.
